At Ideal Home Care we are recruiting Health Care Assistants who drive, to work in the Telford area. You must have a right to work in the UK. We are pleased to offer all new care staff, once you are compliant, £50 to get you on the road in your new and exciting journey with us and then a further £100 after your probationary period.

**The Job Role**:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be assisting with the following:
Assisting with all personal care requirements.

Providing companionship and supportive listening.

Observe and report any changes in the health or status of the client.

Preparing meals.

Responding to emergencies.

Provide person-centred care to a range of vulnerable individuals across various settings.

Assist with mobility, moving and handling and promoting independence.

**Requirements for the role**:
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full online and practical training will be given but equally as important to us is a can-do attitude, a friendly personality and real commitment to our customers to ensure we give them the very best care available. Due to the nature of this role, reliability for shifts is essential. **You must be a driver and have access to a vehicle.**

**What we're looking for from you**:

- Knowledge of care would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
- Be caring, compassionate and enthusiastic about providing the highest level of care.
- Able to provide two satisfactory work references.
- **You must have a right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship.**

**Job Types**: Full-time & Part-time, weekends only and evening shifts.

**Salary**: £12.40-£15.00 per hour
