A well-established refurbishment firm in London is seeking a skilled **Loft Conversion Joiner** to join its team. This opportunity calls for a seasoned professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and enhancing homeowners’ spaces through high-quality workmanship.

**Role Overview**

The Loft Conversion Joiner will be responsible for implementing joinery elements of loft renovation projects, ensuring that all work meets exacting quality standards. Working closely with site managers and other trades, this individual will handle everything from structural framing to refined finishing details.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpreting project plans and specifications to carry out joinery tasks during loft conversions.
- Constructing and installing flooring, roof structures, dormer windows, staircases, and other key components.
- Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Collaborating efficiently with team members to maintain project timelines and consistent quality.
- Managing materials responsibly, keeping the work area organized and minimizing waste.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors to address issues, requirements, or potential improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience as a joiner, preferably with a focus on loft conversions or residential refurbishments.
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of carpentry and structural works related to loft spaces.
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to on-site challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a high-quality finish.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to adjust to evolving project needs.

Pay: £21.83-£23.01 per hour
