Financial Adviser - (Non-Diploma Qualified) Location: - Cardiff **Salary**: - £24,000 - (OTE £35,000) per annum Permanent, full-time Due to expansion my client a well-established Financial Services company offering families Financial Advice across the United Kingdom, is seeking a full time Financial Adviser to join their growing team. The business has worked with families for generations,developing a close bond with these clients based on high levels of trust, integrity and professionalism. This opportunity would suit a smart and presentable character with a proven track record in face-to-face sales, the ability to build rapport with customers and who has an appetite to develop a career within the financial service industry. My client is looking for an individual with previous financial services experience, or comes from a sales background (preferably field, not office based) and a proven track record. The Role of the financial adviser includes: -- Advising clients on a range of financial products in their homes, including savings plans, investments, pensions and protection policies - Be "hunters" - good at generating their own leads or making their own appointments from client lists - Servicing an existing client bank through regular reviews whilst expanding existing customer sales through these regular reviews - Expanding the customer base through referrals and other direct sales techniques - Ideal applicants should have business to customer (B2C) sales experience - Be "farmers" - good at developing and building a relationship of trust with clients - Attending regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues - Previous sales experience would be advantageous, but not essential, as full initial training will be given - You must be able to demonstrate your high levels of customer service. - A good standard of education - Hold CeMAP, RO exams, or CeFA qualifications - A full driving licence is essential, as the role is field based travelling to clients’ homes - A proven sales record in face to face sales.
