**Area Cleaning Supervisor - North West Region.**

We are looking for an experience Area Cleaning Supervisor. Ideally you will have experience in managing multiple sites, be organised and be prepared to work flexible hours.

As an **Area Cleaning Supervisor - **your responsibilities will include:

- The management and delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Managing and leading our cleaning teams by example, this can mean being very much hands on, therefore covering shifts is to be expected.
- Conducting/reporting on audits and risk assessments and ensuring all site Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to.
- Recruiting, interviewing and assessment of new staff.
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement on services, cost savings and account growth from existing clients and new clients alike.
- Directly liaising with Directors, Key Account Managers, support teams, supervisors and site staff.
