**Job Description**: Retail Customer Advisor - Stansted Airport Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment at Stansted Airport? We are currently hiring Retail Customer Advisors for a large store at the airport during the summer season. If you thrive in a busy setting and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this position is perfect for you. Duties and Responsibilities: " Assist and advise customers in-store, providing exceptional service and creating a positive shopping experience. " Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. " Receive and process deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management. " Operate the till and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. " Utilise the in-store iPad for various tasks, including product information and customer assistance. " Prioritise customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. **Requirements**: " Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo DBS vetting. " Minimum of 1 year of previous retail store experience. " Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills. " Contactable references to validate work experience and reliability. Shift Options: Full-Time (Monday to Friday): " Shift 1: 05:00 - 13:00 " Shift 2: 07:00 - 16:00 " Shift 3: 12:00 - 20:00 " 37.5 hours per week Part-Time (Saturday & Sunday): " Shift 1: 05:00 - 13:00 " Shift 2: 07:00 - 16:00 " Shift 3: 12:00 - 20:00 " 15 hours per weekend **Benefits**: " Competitive pay rate of £10.95 per hour.
