**Department Manager - Team Leader - Property Management - Circa £35,000 per annum**

**Essential qualities**
- This role involves less outright sales, and more communication, organisation, and conciliation. These are the hallmarks of a good property manager. Someone who can organise their day and manage their time effectively to get ‘those 101’ things done
- You will need to communicate regularly with our landlords, taking care of their investment, understanding the needs of our tenants, and above all displaying professionalism, integrity, and endeavour.
- You will also have the ability and experience of organising and managing a team of Property management professionals, taking responsibility for all aspects of running the department.
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience working within a property management department, covering all aspects of Property Management.

**Main Role and Responsibilities - experience required as follows**
- Managing a team of property management professionals at our Corby office
- Property Management - overseeing the completion of maintenance issues
- Operating Property Management systems re: landlords
- Understanding and delivering Tenant Care policy
- Letting Properties
- Generating Landlord Referrals (canvassing etc)
- Conducting Inventories
- Property Inspections
- Contracts/referrals/references
- Overseeing government legislation, eg Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety certificates etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Corby, NN17 1NU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Clean Driving Licence (required)
