**Hours**: Full-Time / Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000 & Bonus Scheme
What will my role look like?
Our Central Buying Team is expanding and we have a new opportunity available for a Marketing Coordinator -Benelux In this role, you will support the Conveniance Retail Manager with executing campaigns & projects, increasing company profits and developing new promotional strategies.
What would my main responsibilities be?
Communicating with internal employees (UK & Europe), external agencies and suppliers
Supporting the Conveniance Retail Manager with promotional activities for UK & Europe
Coordinating internal databases for UK Benelux
Supporting the development and execution of the company’s branding strategies
Working with the graphic designers to meet specifications
Managing print contractors and other promotional vendors
Liaising with the Media Team to manage the accuracy of digital content
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as overall marketing spend using Microsoft Excel
Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Identifying market trends and conducting competitor analysis

Previous work experience within a marketing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
proficient in Design/ Marketing Software
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Previous experience working with budgets and forecasting
Previous experience in project support or project management
