**Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm (hybrid working on offer)**

**£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience**

Our client, a large and rapidly growing business is looking for an Account Manager to join them at their friendly head office in Crawley.

This busy and exciting role will see you effectively building and managing strong client communications. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the account and activity briefing process
- Attending regular business development meetings with Client contacts
- Developing open discussions to ensure full understanding of the client's business goals and challenges
- Designing and producing an internal brief to drive KPI's and ensuring an accurate reflection of client objects for each activity
- Completing one field visit per channel every month and identify potential areas for improvement/solutions
- Ensuring that all Operational Standards are achieved across the account
- Capturing national results and reports against KPIs across all appropriate channels
- Managing the roll out of new equipment and/or software development trials or programmes

If you have a positive, energetic, and resourceful approach to work combined with professional communication skills and the ability to build and develop strong relationships will enable you to excel in this role
