Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different tastes
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
