Internal Sales Advisor

**Job Summary**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Dronfield.
In this newly developed role, you will be responsible for identifying and optimising business opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to our products and services
- Reporting activity on the CRM system
- Following up on leads and targeting projects
- Support in hire desk duties

**About You**
- A proven track record in internal sales, preferably with experience in the Hire/Construction industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and solve problems
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
