As part of our growing Research team, you’ll play a key role in making Tesco the most customer-centric company in the UK. You’ll bring our insights to life, humanising the data and helping teams across the business make smarter, faster decisions.

**You will be responsible for**
- Delivering high-quality, impactful research projects that influence real business decisions.
- Working across a wide variety of topics—from product innovation and in-store experience to brand building, advertising, and emerging technologies.
- Translating research findings into compelling stories that answer key business questions.
- Managing projects through both in-house tools and agency partners, from briefing to delivery.
- Collaborating with fellow researchers, insight managers, and external agencies to design the best research approaches.
- Supporting the development of new tools and capabilities across the wider Insight team.

**You will need**
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a flair for visualising insights.
- A passion for championing the voice of the customer across the business.
- Experience in scripting surveys and analysing results—ideally from a research agency background.
- Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity to dig deeper into customer behaviour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
