Our client is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a busy and dynamic team responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to scheme members. This role is based in the Tunbridge Wells area and it will be an office based role, following an initial extensive training period which will equip you with all relevant skills necessary to perform your role. **What does the day to day look like?** - Communicating with customers through inbound phone calls - Ensuring all aspects of a customer's enquiry are resolved. - Update the system to reflect the changes to relevant policies/documents - Collaborate with your colleagues to contribute to a culture of a "great place to work". - You strive to deliver the best customer service possible, trying to solve customer queries during the call **Are you who we are looking for?** - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to understand customer needs and provide the correct solution - High level of interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate across the internal and external customer group - You are an excellent listener - Can handle professionally a customer complaint and know how to defuse the situation
