Sheridan Myers is the leading provider of school meals transport Nationwide seeking an Accounts Administrator for Maternity Cover to work alongside an operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciling bank on sage
- Answering account queries
- Entering supplier invoices on sage
- Entering taxi invoices on pay sheet
- Filing of invoices
- Processing ad hoc payments
- Complete credit control for overdue invoices
- Completing absenteeism on pay sheet
- Calculating new starter payments
- Calculating rate change payments
- Pay suppliers
- Producing new pay sheet
- Paying drivers through bankline
- Process staff payroll
- Process PAYE payments
- Additions spreadsheets
- Produce and send customer invoices
- Reconcile petty cash
- Process employee expenses
- Reconciling credit card
- Produce new account files
- Assist with new customer schedules
- Assist with VAT and end of year account queries

About you:

- Experience working in accounts payable
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Exposure to high volume processing
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience with Sage
- Working independently and well within a team
- Must drive and have own vehicle (no transport links)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
