**About the Role**:
You will also provide Administrative support for the Hartree Centre, examples of duties will include but not be restricted to:

- Arrange meetings with Internal and External stakeholders
- Assist with Travel and Accommodation requirements
- Prepare documentation for the panel
- Set up room with laptop if required and refreshments
- Provide Security with detailed list of attendees
- Scan documents for HR
- Assist with New Start Inductions, Allocating Offices, IT, Telephony Requirements and Oracle support
- Attend Accommodation Committee meetings when required
- Ensure Hiring Manager has requested a Desk / Office Space for new starter
- Ordering Stationery and Office Supplier
- Maintaining Hartree Centre Staff Database / Organogram
- Provide support to Hartree Centre staff / department when needed

**Person Specification**:

- (Please note the below criteria will be assessed at Shortlisting or Interview stage as indicated)_

**Qualifications**:
Essential - Educated to GCSE English and Math or equivalent relevant experience

**Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Experience in working as a PA to senior management staff in a busy environment
- Experience of organising and running meetings with internal and external stakeholders including diary scheduling and minute taking
- Experience in handling confidential information (personal or business data)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and manage your work levels
- Ability to work with staff at all levels
- Excellent MS Office skills, ideally with experience of setting up and running SharePoint and MS Teams site
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous office or facilities management skills would be be advantageous but not essential

**Desirable**:

- Willingness to travel to assist with events when required
- You will have the willingness to attend necessary training to develop the role and a qualification in business support.
