**what makes a brilliant airport administrator?**
- you'll have strong administrative skills
- you're always pro active looking at ways to speed up the process of recruiting team members
- you'll be fully confident in the use of microsoft office + have the ability to pick up other systems easily
- you'll have excellent organisation, communication + relationship building skills

**what you'll do |**
- during the initial interview or recruitment stage, you'll carry out the relevant checks on applicant's suitability against airports referencing requirements, business needs (fast environment pace restaurant) and specific demands from the airport (5 years relevant references, criminal records, etc)
- follow up with new starters regularly in order to minimize the staff turnover and ensuring airport full pass documentation is provided
- act as a full authorized signatory according to airport standards with ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure and being proactive with ability to deal with matters in an efficient methodical process understanding that staff has a period of 60 days to obtain a full pass
- act in accordance with the security and operational instructions always to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment as required by the airport
- take responsibilty to provide regular updates + reports about the current applicants to the managers when required
- keep all staff files updated with the relevant documents to comply with finance audit
- support the management team on disciplinary hearings when requested
- assist contractors to obtain temporary passes before attending site. ensuring they have all the relevant right to work documentation in line with airport policies
