Our work involves: - Estate Management - grounds and garden maintenance and horticulture. - Landscape Design and Construction. - Buildings, vehicle and machinery maintenance. - Arboricultural and tree care services. - Green keeping and sports turf care - the heroes behind the £Billions sports sector. **If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you**: - Proven experience in the horticultural sector, maybe previously self-employed. - Adaptability and problem-solving skills - The ability and enthusiasm to plan and complete work & "to do lists". - Driven, self-motivated and able to take responsibility. - Enjoys physical hard work, getting the job done. - Likes nature / outdoors - not afraid of working in challenging weather conditions - Maturity and ability to lead the way, building your own team. - Proven communication and customer care skills. - Previous training / certificates of competence related to sector. - Clean driving licence.
