Commercial Maintenance Electrician - West Midlands and 1 site in Nottingham
Working on retirement living buildings you will carry out service and repairs to commercial and domestic electrical systems and lighting. With a good knowledge of commercial electrical systems and previous experience in breakdowns and installation work, youwill be able to fully test electrical installations in commercial buildings.
You will be presentable and able to communicate at all levels, able to use Tablet's to produce paperwork and reports (Training Given). Currently residing in the West Midlands area, you will agree to join an out of hour's rota as required and agree to have anenhanced DBS check.
In return you will receive the following:
£16.78 per hour, 40 hours per week plus overtime where applicable, 21 days holiday plus statutory. Pension scheme, all plant, equipment, uniform and PPE provided apart from hand tools, van & fuel card provided, no private usage. No door to door travel duringnormal working hours but an on call standby money of £150.00 per week and door to door travel during out of hours.
You must have Electrical qualifications including 18th Edition, 2391 - Test and inspect qualifications. (desirable) and a full clean driving licence.
