Reeler/operator

The Reeler/Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate and monitor our reeling and steaming machinery. The Reeler/Operator may also be responsible for packaging of goods ready for sale and for packaging orders ready for shipping.
No previous experience is required, full training can be given.

**Requirements**:
A-C in Maths GCSE ( Required)
A-C in English GCSE ( Required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Running of our reeling, steaming and packing equipment.
- Packaging of products when reeled and steamed.
- Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and mínimal unplanned stops
- Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure continuous production at high quality levels with mínimal wasted time and materials.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Packing of orders ready for delivery
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
