The 5
- Merchant Hotel along with Bullitt and Haslem hotels (part of Beannchor, one of the largest independent owner / operator of bars, pubs, and hotels,) restructured the hotel sales departments to create a Group Sales team which will proactively sell the 3 hotels within the local, national and international markets. As we move into a new office based on High Street within walking distance to The Merchant and Bullitt Hotel this is an exciting time to be part of the sales team and to join the Beannchor Group.

**Sales Co-ordinator**

As part of this critical role, we are looking for an individual who has a warm and personable nature with a can-do attitude and an exceptional eye for detail. You will also be passionate about the role, show team initiative and have a proactive approach to your work.

**The essential criteria**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience within hotel sales or hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage different projects at the same time
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Dynamic and positive with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Well presented with an outgoing and cheerful personality
- Computer literate

**Desirable criteria**
- Knowledge of Protel
- Clean driving licence and access to car
