Our well known client within the consumer sector need your expertise in SAP and Order management to look after their client accounts and deliver the best possible customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Managing the order handling end to end process for customers, updating details on SAP.
- Liaising with Sales Team on all matters regarding orders placed.
- Answering queries and actioning all shipping advices for deliveries swiftly and accurately.
- Updating all bookings provided by Forwarders and Shipping team.
- Raising and distributing sales invoices for customers.
- Ensure all shipping documentation and sales invoices are filed appropriately.
- Proactively looking for opportunities to enable a greater customer experience
- Managing customer relationships and expectations efficiently.
- Challenging existing processes, recommending improvements, and implementing innovative improvements of operations processes, SAP system and tools that accelerate business impact.
- Following up projects implementation and lead the meetings with SAP team for tickets resolution.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
