- The business has multiple websites and brands across a range of product offerings, in this role you will lead a sizable team (8 in total) across organic search marketing, including on page SEO, off page SEO and link acquisition, technical SEO working withtheir internal development team, content marketing and social media marketing will sit under your remit.
- They have huge volumes of site visitors monthly via the SEO and Content Marketing channels which generates a health lead pipeline. You’ll be working with the existing team to upskill them in SEO and drive performance to allow the SEO channel to continueto grow.
- Have you worked with a Sales Team and Conversion Specialists before? If so, then you'll work closely with them to ensure the SEO journey is optimised to generate quality leads that we can convert customers into a sale.
- You’ll be involved in key internal business conversations including our weekly trade meetings where you’ll be advising our commercial stakeholders inside and outside of marketing on how we can continue to grow our online brands and to ensure we are usingcutting edge technology to drive our trajectory even further.

**This role would suit someone who has either worked in-house or within an agency environment, you are fluid with the latest SEO technology programmes / tools, up to date with the latest SEO industry development and you can strategically grow SEO whilstleading a team in a coaching environment.**
