Position: Retail Store Manager - Food Retail
**Salary**: £30,000 basic salary plus over £4,000 bonuses on top per annum
Shifts: 40 hour contract - Mainly Monday to Friday with some weekends
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a forecourt retailer who are expanding, opening new stores and driving forward. We are looking for a Store Manager that has high merchandising standards and can develop a teamto drive customer service at all times.
To be our clients new Store Manager, you will be a hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service
You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven Store Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Stock management
In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £30,000 which is reviewed throughout your career. Please note, due to locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
