This role will play a key part of the IT team, helping to manage the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software, the creation of user accounts for new starters and the timely management of the leaver process. It is a great role for anyone looking to start a career in IT without formal IT qualifications.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Hardware procurement - obtaining quotes, processing, and tracking orders, configuring laptops and PCs once delivered.
- Software procurement - obtaining quotes, processing, and tracking orders, assigning licenses, and assisting in deployment of software.
- IT department procurement - Raising Appropriation Requests and Purchase Orders.
- New starter processing - Creating user accounts including Active Directory, S4W, Oracle.
- Leaver processing - Disabling user accounts and performing other admin tasks required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- No qualifications required and full training will be given.
- Must be Highly Organized
- Must have good attention to detail, and great team interworking and communication skills.
- Experience in administration is desirable.
- Some knowledge of IT hardware and software is desirable.
