**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate different machines, blenders, and other equipment to prepare drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in beverage preparation
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Kitchen Prep
- Policy Enforcement: Uphold our rules and policies to maintain consistency and excellence across all aspects of our operations.
- Hygiene Oversight: Ensure our workspace is clean and hygienic, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and implement best practices to ensure the well-being of everyone in our establishment.
- Teamwork: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, where everyone works together towards common goals.
- Thriving Under Pressure: Stay calm and focused during busy periods, delivering top-notch service even when the pace picks up.
- Order Presentation: Take pride in packaging orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring every customer receives a delightful experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £8.60-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
