In this challenging and exciting role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Accounts Receivable department, supporting the AR Manager and operations of the Accounts Receivable department.

**Your responsibilities as the Accounts Receivable Team Leader will include**:

- Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and payments
- Implement and enforce best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer enquiries, disputes, and issues
- Ad-hoc project work

**To be considered for the position of Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will require**:

- Good understanding of accounts and general ledger
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
