My client based in Bristol is looking to recruit a Client Product & Advisory Services on a permanent basis to work out of their City centre office, working hours 40 per week. The basic salary is also supported by a generous bonus scheme which is paid monthly.
The Client Product & Advisory Services is part of the Client Product and Advisory team and is responsible for providing support to a network of advisers and clients. The role is varied, interesting, professionally and financially rewarding and offers an introductionto a meaningful career where personal development is highly encouraged.
The main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare and issue client review packs to the Adviser in advance of client meeting:

- Obtain policy information and up to date valuations
- Undertake capital gains tax (CGT) and total expense ratio (TER) analysis
- Provide relevant paperwork to Adviser as required
- Administer Bed & ISA transactions and annual realignment:

- Ensure internal sign off procedures are followed in relation to client communications
- Liaise with internal departments e.g. Investment Management, Marketing and Compliance to obtain approval of client communications
- Prepare annual mailing list
- Regularly review offers and client communications to maintain service proposition
- Assist with maintaining administrative procedures and regularly review to consider ways of improving existing processes and create efficiencies
- Ensure all paperwork is compliant within company and FCA guidelines
