**Quantitative Information**
- Member of warehouse team of between 40-60 colleagues (dependent upon work demand and season) including full time and temporary employees.
- Warehouse operation will involve significant amounts of Mechanical Handling Equipment (Forklifts, VNA, & Pump trucks etc)
- Up to 100,000 square feet of warehouse space
**Job Accountabilities**
- Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to, including hygiene and PPE.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to best practices.
- To be flexible in approach to assist and cover all parts of the warehouse operation.
- Adopt an approach of continuous improvement.
- Offer support and encouragement to management and colleagues.
- Responsible for hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
**Key Challenges**
- Significantly varying volumes of business dependent on seasonal variation and peaks / troughs in demand
- Lead by example, upholding Company values and desired culture
- To be a key member of a large team understanding the requirements of the operation
- Warehouse Management System implementation project
