Brook Street are pleased to be working with a family run company who work in the building and housing sector in Bristol. They are seeking a **LEVEL 5 CIPD qualified** HR manager to join there team on a full time permanent basis.

**Please note that this role is working 5 days per week in the office in Central Bristol.**

The key duties and responsibilities associated with this role are as follows:

- Recruitment, Induction and onboarding of employees
- Letters and Contracts
- Maintaining all H.R records including training
- Managing all employee relations issues.
- Advising the board on ER matters
- Dealing with all H.R queries.
- Managing employee sickness, absences and holidays
- Ensuring that performance appraisals are conducted by line managers
- Ensuring all H.R policies and procedures are correct and up to date.
- Ensuring that performance appraisals are conducted by line managers

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BRISTOL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Generalist H.R: 5 years (required)
- HR: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Membership of the CIPD (required)
- British Driving License (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
