Our stunning, purpose-built 53-bed care home boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a coffee shop/bistro, a hair and nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens. We specialize in providing high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on dedicated floors, with a steadfast focus on person-centred care tailored to the unique needs and wishes of each resident.
Your Role as a Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper at Ribble Court, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
**Creating a Welcoming Environment**: Ensuring all areas of the home, including communal spaces, residents' rooms, and facilities, are immaculately clean and beautifully presented.
**Maintaining Hygiene Standards**: Adhering to strict cleaning schedules to uphold effective infection control and meet regulatory standards.
**Supporting Laundry Services**: Assisting with laundering and returning residents' clothing and linens to a high standard of care, preserving their personal preferences and dignity.
**Flexibility Across Departments**: Working collaboratively within the domestic and laundry teams, ensuring seamless service delivery across the home.
