**Retentions Administrator (Part-Time)**

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Retentions team in Salisbury. This role works closely with the team to ensure they are well organised & equipped to do their day-to-day role; The Retentions team are made up of call centre agents who call existing customers at renewal time to get them the best deal possible for their pet insurance.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Track & distribute daily retention and phone stats
- Manage a customer facing mailbox, ensuring customers are responded to promptly and in line with Company values
- Produce & distribute weekly rotas for phone agents
- Validate phone agent data on a weekly basis
- Checking direct debit details for agents
- Taking messages and arranging call backs

**About you**:

- Experience working as an administrator with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
- Great attention to detail
- Enjoys keeping things organised
- Analytical thinker
- Proactive with a can-do attitude

**Job Title**: Retentions Administrator

**Location**: Office-based in Salisbury

**Hours**: Part-time (25-30 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am start time)

**Pay**:£21,000 per year (pro-rata)

**Benefits**:23 days holiday per year (increasing to 30 with length of service) + bank holidays + your birthday off (paid), company pension, discounts to company products & retailers.

Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
