**Background**:
LEaD Digital Education is responsible for supporting the University’s approach for using technology for enhancing teaching, learning and assessment and the development of appropriate and engaging learning spaces.

This role is based within the School Liaison part of Digital Education. School Liaison is organised into two clusters and the postholder will work in the following cluster: Bayes Business School, City Law School and School of Science and Technology

The postholder will work across the cluster and will work with School academic and professional staff on School-specific educational projects, initiatives and support requirements, with a primary focus on digital learning design-related projects.

The postholder will also work in conjunction with the Digital Education Operations team to provide relevant support and training for the Schools and will have the opportunity to work with the Digital Education Projects team on cross-institutional projects.

**Responsibilities**:
The Educational Technologist post is a fixed-term position (maternity cover, till Aug 28 2026) based within the School Liaison part of LEaD Digital Education. The postholder will be linked to the School of Science and Technology (SST) and will work with School academic and professional staff on School-specific educational projects and initiatives, in particular contributing to the development of a new service to support immersive learning.
