Our company currently have a vacancy for a Mobile Property Caretaker, working in and around the?North Bristol and South Gloucestershire area.

**Hours**: 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday?

**What will your day look like?**
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out general ground’s maintenance, window cleaning, Adhoc and repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, and testing of fire and security alarms.

- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type of role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as our company representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the?South Gloucestershire and Filton area?to enable the morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
