We're looking for enthusiastic and hands-on **Warehouse Operatives** to join our expanding site based in **Rugby.**

At **Warrens**, we are passionate about providing a comprehensive storage and logistics service to the largest retailers in the UK, all of whom trust us with their speciality bakery products.
**Shift**:We offer permanent role and a variety of shifts to suit everyone
- 4 on 4 off
- Any 5 in 7
- 4 on 3 off
- Part-time opportunities are also available
**Basic Salary**: £20,987 - £25,950 pa
- Other Attractive Benefits under Culina Group Reward+
- Overtime at x1.33
- Night Shift Premium

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the receipt of incoming goods, order assembly, outbound of completed orders in a safety conscious and time critical environment
- Assemble customer orders from using the customer specific instruction for labelling pallet
- Stretch wrap inbound and outbound pallets to secure them and present it to the appropriate marshalling area
- Undertake further Warehouse Operative duties, as requested by Supervisor/ Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential as we aim to equip you with all the skills and training required
- Reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning
- Adaptable approach to training
