**Conference & Banqueting Supervisor - Clayton Hotel Belfast City**

**Objective of the Role**

As a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor you will assist the Conference & Banqueting Manager with maintaining all standards and procedures, throughout the delivery of the event. You will support in building foundations of the department, by supporting the creation and implementation of service standards and staff training.
- Assist in the running of meeting & events.
- Ensure standards are maintained and well as all polices and procedures relating to F&B within Meetings and Events
- Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.
- Proactively come up with suggestions to ensure all events are a success.
- Continuously improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, deliver training, guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
- To be an ambassador for Dalata as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in a role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
