**Essential Requirements**
- Hold a full clean U.K driving license
- Already have own work tools (Specialist power tools provided if required)
- Be reliable with excellent punctuality
- Must work tidily and courteously in customers houses with excellent attention to detail
- Good Competence and knowledge in all aspects of bathroom installations
- Excellent communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- Experience in managing own workload

**Daily Tasks Involve-**
- Stripping out and removing existing bathrooms
- Alterations or replacing existing bathroom plumbing including bathroom drainage
- Draining and altering bathroom central heating pipework
- Basic joinery, building studs or boxings that are sometimes required
- Plaster boarding damaged walls
- Assessing the job and the next process of the job in order to keep the work moving forward
- Tiling skills preferred but not necessarily essential
- High levels of tidiness when working and at the end of each day
