**Field Engineer**

**Home based - Warwickshire/Oxfordshire**

**£32,000 basic + Car + Fuel card + Laptop/Mobile + benefits package**

A market leading global technology business are recruiting a Field Engineer to cover the Warwickshire & Oxfordshire area.

You will be responsible for;
- Implement deployment activities as scheduled & tasked
- Conduct site surveys prior to solution deployment
- Complete Soln/IT/software installation activities
- Implement modular break/fix onsite support
- Conduct user/configuration customer training as required (training will be provided);
- Complete a range of documentation in support of your role
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain car boot stock, completing periodic stock checks as and when required;
- Act as an advocate & ambassador for the company

Required:

- Previous experience in a field service role within one of the following fields - (telecoms/electronics or security systems)
- Access Control, Security Systems/CCTV experience a distinct advantage
- Demonstrate good customer relationship/management skills
- Have experience of working in a H&S regulated environment
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT hardware and Microsoft OS;
- Hold a full UK driving license & be willing to travel extensively
