**The Role**
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the company culture, values and behaviours within Aqualisa.
Providing first-line HR support to all managers and employees in line with company policies and current legislation, you will also offer key support to the Director of HR. You will deliver recruitment, performance management, capability, grievances and disciplinariesactivities whilst also assisting with new starter and leaver processes.
Additionally, you will:

- Assist line managers with recruitment campaigns
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnover and retention rates
- Maintain HR information systems
- Administer the monthly payroll process
- Ensure benefit schemes are provided to all eligible employees
**About You**
To be considered as a HR Advisor, you will need:

- Experience as either a HR Officer or HR Advisor
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Exceptional IT skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
Ideally, you will have completed your CIPD Level 3 or 5. It would also be beneficial if you have experience of payroll administration and SAGE payroll software. Experience in manufacturing would be equally desirable.
