**Care Support Worker** - **Days, Gorleston**
**£12.60 per hour (days)**
**18 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours**

**A day in the life**:
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

**About** **St Augustines Place**:
St Augustine’s Place is a housing with care scheme in Gorleston, near Great Yarmouth, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Orbit Housing.
