**Your role**

An exciting Maintenance Operative position has arisen to work for Gloden based in Bristol. As a Maintenance operative, you will carry out pre-planned maintenance routines across our portfolio of 23 sites, operating across South England and South Wales, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

You will work in collaboration with team members and contractors to ensure the highest quality of service for the company and our clients.

**What will I be doing?**

Undertake and support the maintenance and risk management of the Portfolio. This will include but is not limited to:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Report defects/incidents (either observed or reported) and take corrective action after consultation with your line manager.
- General Plumbing, Carpentry & Decorating.
- Ensuring maintenance tasks are meticulously completed and recorded in the relevant systems.
- Ensure van stock is kept to an effective level.
- Assist with Studio ‘New builds’ as and when required.
- Moving and installation of studio equipment.

- Team Player

- Painting and decorating
- Basic carpentry skills
- An understanding of mechanical and electrical assets
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised and routine driven
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time keeping
- Proven Maintenance experience
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Strong organisation and follow up skills
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually

**Reward Package**:

- Salary of £25,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week plus overtime available
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bristol, BS30 8FR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
