The One Group are partnering with a leading food manufacturer who are looking for their next Ledger Supervisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will see you managing and coaching a team of four based in Boness, West Lothian.
This is a fast paced, and exciting role where you will take responsibility of the Purchase and Sales Ledger team of 4. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with processing workload on a regular weekly basis - Review of debit balances on the purchase ledger, clearing debit notes, maintenance of master data
- Being a key point of contact for ledgers for internal & external audits
- Undertaking responsibility for the company’s cash position - Reporting & analysing Weekly Actual Cash position (WAC), process weekly BACS payments and bank transfers
- New vendor setups and authorisation procedure
- Undertaking month end responsibilities within tight group reporting deadlines
In order to be successful in this role it is essential you have experience of managing a team of AP & AR Assistants and are able to hit the ground running with the above responsibilities. Ideally you will have experience of a finance role within the FMCG industry, however this is not essential.
