We are looking for an enthusiastic **CDP Chef **that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service;
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in the creation, cooking and presentation of the menu items
- running your section when fully trained and confident
- Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade
- Sous/ Head Chef
- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section
- great food, every time
- Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section

- Passionate about food and mouth watering taste combinations
- Determined to deliver the best results, regardless of pressure
- A team player, who values input from others
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willing to share ideas around improving the customer’s experience
- whether that's creating a new sauce or praciticng your knoife skills
