**About the role**

We’re looking for a Technical Instructor to join our team where you will share responsibility for the day to day running of the therapeutic Garden project based at Brunswick Gardens including the supervision of clients and Supported Permitted Earnings staff working on-site.

You will be required to understand forward planning for planting and propagation onsite with a focus on the seasonal nature of a large garden project and will be working as part of a committed multi-disciplinary care team delivering therapeutic activities and interventions to mental health service users.
