**Responsibilities**:
As a teaching assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
**Individualised Support**:Offer 1:1 or group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet a range of learning styles and abilities.

**Resource Preparation**:Collaborate with teachers to prepare and organise materials, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.

**Inclusive Education**:Promote positive social interactions, understanding, and respect among students with diverse abilities.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, working closely with the teaching team to provide full assessments and feedback.

**Classroom Assistance**:Work collectively with teaching staff to assist with classroom activities, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you will need:

- Enhanced DBS Check
- Relevant Qualifications: Possess relevant teaching or education qualifications, or experience within a school setting.
- Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support students with diverse learning needs.

**Hours**:This is a full-time position

**Salary**:Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Location**: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
