**Description**
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Supporting the senior marketing manager in meeting the team
- Lead and deliver marketing projects, campaigns and activity to engage and support
- Supporting the society network in increasing the awareness of the societies in the UK and internationally, including promoting their programme of events and activities
- Input into and support the delivery of ad-hoc marketing projects and campaigns, assigned by the senior marketing manager
- Working with external stakeholders including creative and event management agencies and other third party suppliers
- Managing allocated budget and timescales set by the senior marketing manager for areas of responsibility. Monitor and review relevant competitor activity.
**Profile**
The right marketing executive will be looking to build on the marketing experience they already have had starting out in their career, or will have a wealth experience that they can bring to the role to develop it further.
To be considered for this role in Milton Keynes, you must:
- Have a degree in either Marketing/Digital Marketing or a professional qualification or equivalent
- Experience with preparing, executing and measuring effectiveness of marketing plans
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Have a desire to learn and develop new skills
- Experience of event management and event marketing
- You thrive in a team environment but you are also able to work independently
- Strong proof reading and copy writing skills with the ability to create accurate, clear and grammatically correct copy
