- Arranging LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations.
- Working in a busy department
- Arranging collections with selected Transport Companies.
- Liaising with clients
- Providing excellent customer services
- Handling order traces, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, sending pre-alerts to overseas offices.
- Experience at communicating with Shipping Lines, Co-Loaders and Transport Companies.
- Dealing with escalated problems

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
