Part Time Sales Administrator

Seeking a sales ledger administrator to join a small fast growing business. The role will be remote and involve working from home.
**Responsibilities**
Ø Raising sales invoices through Xero accounting system
Ø Raising purchase orders to suppliers through Xero accounting system
Ø Approving pre-uploaded supplier invoices on to system
Ø Reconciling supplier payment on a weekly basis
Ø Running credit control. Ensuring payment within terms.
Ø Answering customer queries
**The individual**
Ø Should have experience working within Sales Ledger
Ø Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel essential
Ø Knowledge of Xero/Sage/Quickbooks type system beneficial
Ø Professional written and verbal communication
**Details**
Salary £10.00 per hour. Minimum of 3 hours a day, will increase as the business grows.
Working hours Flexible. Contract is for 15 hours per week.
