**Deputy Daycare Manager | Coalisland | Full Time**

Our client is a Day Nursery and Out of School setting, providing care for children from 0-12 years old.

The setting aims to teach children age-appropriate skills. Whether it's phonics for the three/four-year-olds or helping the P6/7s get ready for their transfer tests.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- You will have completed (or currently completing) the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or relevant occupational qualification in Early Years Education, Social Work, Nursing, Teaching or Health Visiting
- A higher-level qualification in Early Years Childhood Studies/ Early Years Childhood Education would be desirable
- A minimum of one year of experience at the Management level
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**What will your role as a Deputy Daycare Manager look like?**
- Work with staff to ensure and provide care, play opportunities and activities in a homely, safe, nurturing and enriching environment, with regards to the individual development needs of the children
- To take responsibility to lead and implement planning that takes into account the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
- To undertake the designated person’s role for reporting, recording and monitoring child protection issues
- To maintain accurate, confidential, secure and up-to-date documentation on all cases of safeguarding and child protection
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Manager
