Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a highly motivated professional **Spa Receptionist** to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

After extensive refurbishment the hotel has been transformed to offer individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa facility with membership and many more experiences to offer our guests.

You will:

- Greet and welcome all guests to the Spa in a warm and friendly manner.
- Assist with show rounds.
- Keep the Spa reception clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure that your general hotel knowledge is kept up to date including Restaurant opening hours, Hair and Nail salon opening hours etc
- Ensure your Treatment knowledge and Gaia product knowledge is at its best.
- Assist with general Spa cleaning duties as required.
- Assist with linen stocks.
- Always ensure that the Spa is well stocked with clean towels.
- Conduct regular pool / Health & Safety checks.
- Complete open / close procedures including putting “payments” through.
- Assist in all areas of the Spa operation as requested by management.
- Ensure all Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to along with all other legal requirements of the business.
- Any other duties as assigned.
