Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with an accomplished Steelwork Fabrication Company, who are recruit **Steelwork Fabricators (Grantham, Lincolnshire)** to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The company design, manufacture, protective treat and site install structural steelwork including, rolled steel sections, platework and tubular fabrications & integrated specialist components. They're seeking people to join their Ancaster works.

Interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks. Interview will consist of general interview type questions and a skills test.

**What does this Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role involve?**

**Hours**:~40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)

**Salary**:Dependent on skill level & experience.

**What duties will this **Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role involve?**

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Machining fabrication materials and components.
- Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures.
- Cutting and welding with a variety of processes.
- Metal forming, bending, and finishing.
- Repair, design, layout, and estimation.
- Overseeing shop hands or helpers.

**What will you bring to this Steelwork Welders & Fabricators role?**

- Previous experience as a Steelwork Fabricator
- Experience in structural steelwork but experience in similar disciplines would be considered.
