Pasty Shop Assistant - Bodmin Pasty Shop

We're recruiting more staff for our brand new shop in Bodmin

Must Be 18 years and over

16 hours per week, however, the hours do go up from time to time when we ask staff to cover holidays and staff absence. During peak season the hours could rise to 24 - 30 per week at busy periods.

Duties Include:
1. Baking pasties 2. Using our fresh ground coffee machine 3. Cleaning trays and general shop cleaning 4. Freezer duties. Boxing up pasties and traying up for the next day 5. Preparing fresh filled sandwiches and baguettes 6. Till work and serving customers

Customer service is very important to this role and will be discussed at interview.

The early shift usually starts at 6.15am and the late shift finishes around 4.15pm, there is then a day shift. We like all members of staff to be able to cover all shifts and to learn every aspect of the day to day running. The hours are generally over two to three days but again, we do ask for some flexibility, as this can change during the summer season. There is a small team within each shop, five or six members of staff, which makes for a nice family feel, where people are able to pull together and keep a good working atmosphere for all.
